Situated 1.5km from the Kulinoto Ski Area, the Boutique Spa Hotel 3 Mountains offers a spa centre of 2 levels. The on-site restaurant serves traditional Bulgarian dishes, as well as international and Russian cuisine. A billiard hall is also on site.

Rooms at the 3 Mountains Spa Hotel are equipped with an LCD TV, minibar, a work desk, and a bathroom with shower, bathrobe and slippers. Every room has a balcony that provides a view of the Pirin and Rhodope Mountains. Rooms are decorated in an Alpin style and have differenet seasonal designs representing autumn, summer and winter themes.
